As Executive Vice President of Valentine Appraisal and Associates, I specialize in right-of-way valuations, general commercial appraisals, and consulting assignments.


Recognized as one of about 8,000 Real Estate Appraisal Experts in the world by the Appraisal Institute holding the MAI Designation by meeting rigorous professional requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability.  Also, I hold a certified general appraiser license from the state of California (AG041949).  Finally, I am a member of the International Right of Way Association.


I have been appraising real estate since 2006. My experience includes appraising residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, transportation corridors, and other special use properties in California.
 Appraisals are prepared for sale, purchases, insurance, lease, financing, income tax, assessment appeals, condemnation, and allocation of purchase price, estate and corporate planning. I have also performed economic feasibility studies, and real estate market analyses for proposed development of urban real estate, real estate investments, cash flow analyses, market rent studies and economic projections.


I am the owner and president of K2M Appraisers, Inc. as well as Executive Vice President of Valentine Appraisal & Associates.  I have been a Professor, teaching various business and religious classes, at the Masters College in Santa Clarita, California for about a decade.  As a retired Air Force Officer, some of my former duties included at times directly supervising over 450 people, responsible for billions of critical defense assets, and included working for former Vice President Al Gore.  I am a highly decorated veteran for remarkable accomplishments even winning the Lance P Sijan Leadership award for 1993, which recognized the top leader and manager within all of the Department of Defense.  Other significant experience includes being an ordained minister over two decades, serving as a Chaplin, Staff Associate Pastor and Elder in various churches at various times.


I hold a Master of Arts in Business Management from Central Michigan University a Master of Divinity from the Masters Seminary and a Bachelor of Science on Industrial Technology form Florida International University, winning a full academic scholarship based on my high grade point average.
